This joke is, I assure you, much more funny if you remember that (you know, a few months ago) Fox and Jamie were headed to Drakes. After all, Fox was feeling bad about accidentally gaining, what might possibly be excessive carnal knowledge about his coworkers.
Anyway, the second panel is the least creepy way I could manage to give Fox an inversion of that “the best part about high school girls” line.
